Hi lovelies, I’ve made quite a few posts about mental awareness and how to cope with disorders etc, and so I decided I’d write about that I know about personally, I hope you guys enjoy!💛

Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD) means The fear of social situations that involve interactions with other people. Social anxiety is the fear of being negatively judged and evaluated by other people. It is a persuasive disorder and causes anxiety and fear in almost all areas of a person’s life.

Where Does it come from?

Social anxiety disorder can stem from a lot of things, But the 4 most common of these things are: 1. 10-15% of children showed signs of genetic affliction. 2. Chemical Imbalances causing irrational anxiety or fear. 3. Trauma during developmental phase, and 4. Learned from your environment.

What situations cause Social Anxiety?

This is so important and informative, i struggle with this everyday of my life and i wonder if this is something that would delay my progression in life. I try everyday to work on it and can only hope for the best.
